Your access and use the site and services of Digitize-Me Ltd. as the user ("the user" or “customer”) and shall be subject to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website and services. We reserve the right at our discretion to update or revise the terms of use. Your continued use of this site or other services of Digitize-Me Ltd. following the posting of any changes to the terms of use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. THE SERVICE

The service of Digitize-Me ("the service") is comprised of its website, cybercafé and all other services of the company, including but not limited to the services as described in its website (www.digitize-me.com)

2. DIRECTIVE AGAINST CYBER CRIME

2.1 The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC established to combat financial crimes in Nigeria is empowered to prevent, investigate and prosecute economic and financial crimes including CYBER CRIME

2.2 Cyber Crimes include (but is not limited to):

• sending spam and scam e-mails
• online fraud or duping using internet facilities (419)
• Illegal downloading/uploads and illegal file-sharing. E.g. downloading songs illegally or uploading video of another person or under copyright into the net
• Creating or distribution virus
• viewing, sending, receiving of data concerning or linked with child pornography

2.3 Customers or Users of the services of Digitize-Me, are obliged to observe this rule of law and refrain from any Cyber Crime, and shall report to the Management of Digitize-Me any observation made of violation suspected act of violation of the above rule of law.

2.4 Accordingly, bulk ticket for browsing are strictly allowed only for academic (research or web learning) purpose and definitely not for any cyber crime or immoral act.
